arena time must be scheduled with N.T.H.S.R.A. office. Must give a 24
hour notice of cancellation |
| or rental fee will be charged. Anyone owing for
rental must pay before the arena can be rented again. |

the proceeds 50/50 with NTHSRA. |

works well for a producer who wants to have a regular series every

does the association, if the weather is bad, the producer will not be
out of pocket as much. |

| However,
if either are not used during a full weekend rental, you will not

| 50% deposit required to reserve date. Deposit is 100% refundable

30 days prior to reserved date, 50% refund 8-29 days and no refund if
cancellation is made |
